The founders and a team of colleagues from the previous organization set out to start an organization with knowledge acquired from their previous years of professional experience. Armed with a collective experience of more than 60+ years across HR, Enterprise Technical Support, Product development, Sales, and Marketing, the team was equipped to handle any challenge thrown at them. Starting from Consulting to Solutioning to a seamless transition and impeccable delivery skills, Yitro was bound to create a lasting impact on customer deliverables.
In the initial stages, the founding team monetized their personal skillset by offering consulting services to our clients. Our industry experience working for some of the best companies in leadership roles gave us an edge over our competition to see beyond the problem and offer path-breaking solutions for complex problems faced by Global OEMs, SaaS, and Services companies. As SMEs we were known for our consulting abilities and strong execution capability. Most of the accounts we had signed up to have a combination of Consulting & delivery responsibilities. It gave us sustained revenue over time to develop ourselves in areas we were good at and improve ourselves through everyday learning. We have been constantly working towards improving our delivery capabilities and exploring adding newer capabilities.
