    - Though it was an established company, its internal recruitment team was unable to meet the demands of a growing organization.
    - Their primary issue was attracting talent and successful onboarding.

    - Deployed a set of seasoned recruiters with a deep understanding of recruitment and the client's technology landscape.
    - The skillset is niche and complicated; the team embedded into the client organization and quickly started delivering. With a lot of background study on required skillsets and mapping the market, we placed the engineers.
    - Starting with a meagre 3 to 4 Joinees per month the team went on to successfully manage 15+ high end resources.
    - In the last year, we had recruited 125 top-notch, high-end Cyber Security & Cloud based product engineers.
